Had an opportunity for Jury Duty this morning. I was in Kentucky for the weekend visiting my Fiance. I took the day off work in which I am very busy. I drove the hour drive, walked a block for the free parking, because they don't offer free parking at the Court House. I would have paid because it was 18 degrees outside but it was cash only. I then go up the escalator, happy that I'm still early, and the Women at the counter tells me It was cancelled. They had all my contacts info and not one message or attempt to let me know. Never Again! Don't even ask! Very poorly ran Hamilton!

Very inaccessible for people without disabilities, do not make sure they can’t understand and push them to the back of the line because of it, very unprofessional.

It was good. I had to send license thru my email w Alicia but 4 some reason it wouldn't go thru. Alicia was very nice and was very helpful ..

Trying to help out a friend and pay an old fine for them. Seems I cannot with their lack of technology basics. The nine year old running a lemonade stand by my home took debit cards it’s sad a government office could not. People working there are polite though. The excuse was “people have used stolen cards before”. I’m glad my bank decided to continue using digital transactions after a few people broke the law.
